超格子の各種数学的モデルについて以下の結果を得た。連続モデルでは入射波と反射波の確率振幅の比と完全透過なエネルギー順位Eの関係に特異性、離散モデルではRT効果(Eと散乱波の位相変化の関係)の不成立を見出した。さらに離散モデルにおいて共鳴順位・埋蔵固有値が厳密に計算できることを示し、埋蔵固有値ならびに共鳴順位を保つ安定擬多様体を導入することでより深い解析を行なった。また応用として高次元量子ウォークを単体複体上に構築した。
We studied spectral structure of some mathematical models of superlattice semiconductor devices. We studied the relation between the ratio of in-coming and out-going waves and the energy level E for perfect transmission, and found a kind of singularity. We also found that the relation between E and the phase factor, which is mentioned by RT effect, is broken. In another aspect, we introduced and studied the pseudo manifold of potentials for sustainability of resonances or embedded eigenvalues of discrete Schroedinger operator. In addition, we constructed quantum walks on simplicial complex as an application.
