本研究は、大気中塗布による作製が可能な逆型構造を用いて、高効率かつ発電効率を有する有機薄膜太陽電池の開発を目的としている。より高い電圧が期待できる56pi系フラーレンアクセプターに着目して「発電層のモロフォロジー設計」、「電子捕集材料と有機発電層界面の制御」および「ドナー・アクセプター材料の検討」を実施し、デバイス作製の観点から、高効率・長寿命素子の基礎知見を見出することを目指した。
We aim to develop the polymer solar cells with high efficiency and durability using the inverted structure which can be prepared by solution process in air. We focused on 56 pi　fullerene derivative acceptors that promises major improvements in voltage, conducted “designing the morphology of active layer”, “controlling the interface between electron collection layer and organic active layer”, and “investigating the combination of donors and acceptors”. We tried to find the basic insight for high efficiency and durability devices from a viewpoint of device preparation.
