肝細胞癌の診断に用いられるGd-EOB-DTPA (EOB)造影MRIでは一部の症例において画像不良が生じ肝細胞癌の十分な診断が不能である。今回の検討で通常の２０分後の肝細胞相撮像では画質不良な場合でも肝予備能がChild A,Bの場合は超遅延相として静注60-80分後の画像を撮像することでほとんどの場合良好な画像を得ることができると判明した。
Hepatobiliary phase of Gd-EOB-DTPA (EOB) enhanced MRI which is used for detection of early hepatocellular carcinoma, occasionally shows poor image quality. In this analysis, if the case shows Child A or B liver damage, poor quality image obtained on hepatobiliary phase (HBP) is improved on super-delayed phase (SDP) image acquisition which is about 60 minutes after HBP. However, if the case shows Child C liver damage, improvement of image quality on SDP is not expected.
