虚血肢病態指標を決定することを目的とし,末梢動脈疾患(PAD)による虚血肢の重症度と皮膚外観(皮溝・皮丘,色調)との関連を探索した.対象者はABI0.9未満で間歇性跛行または重症虚血肢を臨床的に有する者であった.皮膚外観はマイクロスコープで画像を取得し,皮膚色は簡易分光色差計で測定した.虚血の病態とこれらの測定項目の数値の関係性を見たところ,皮溝と色調に関連性を見出した.非侵襲的に簡便に,透析患者のPADを皮膚外観から推測可能であることが示唆された.
