Note (General): 金沢大学学際科学実験センター機器分析研究施設
フッ素アニオンにより活性化された有機ケイ素化合物を一電子酸化剤であるCe(IV)と反応させることで、種々のタイプの炭素ラジカルを発生させることが出来るものと考え、研究を行った。現在のところ、この方法によるラジカルの発生を確認するには至っていないが、本研究の過程で、触媒量のCe(IV)あるいはCe(III)を用いた水系反応によって酸化的なラジカル炭素-炭素結合形成が可能であることを見出すことが出来た。
Ce(IV)-mediated radical generation from organosilicon compounds activated by fluoride ion was studied. Although the generation of radical by this method has not been obsereved to date, we observed the C-C bond formation reactions with catalytic amount of Ce(IV) or Ce(III) in aqueous media in the course of this study.
