Note (General): 我々は、意外にも炎症性のTh1細胞投与により、脊髄損傷後の機能回復が促進されることを示した。そしてTh1細胞のインターフェロンγの発現および損傷部のミクログリア・マクロファージから上昇するインターロイキン10(IL-10)の分泌、そしてTh1細胞から分泌されるIL-10が機能回復の促進効果に必要であることを証明した。
We demonstrated that transfer ofproinflammatory Th1 cells unexpectedly promoted functional recovery after spinal cord injury(SCI). The effects of Th1 cells depended on expression of interferon-γ in Th1 cells as well as interleukin 10(IL-10)up-regulation from microglia and macrophages in the injured site. In addition, genetic deletion of IL-10 from Th1 cells abrogated complete effects of Th1 cell transfer.
