(1)CD38のSNPを有する自閉症スペクトラム障害とそれを有さない者との間の臨床精神医学的、神経生理学的観点から検討した。(2)患者への治療の事前調査として、健常者20人でオキシトシンの影響について生理食塩水をコントロールとするクロスオーバー盲検試験を行った。その結果、表情認知の傾向や、葛藤課題に対する反応速度に対する影響は、個人の素質によって異なることを確かめた。今回有害な副作用が生じなかった。(3)自主的にオキシトシン点鼻薬を輸入し治療を開始しはじめた例から病状改善が顕著であるケースの特徴を検討した。
(1) We investigated the genetic variants of CD38 in subjects with autism spectrum disorder in association with symptomatology and Oxytocin plasma levels. (2) Single-blind, placebo-controlled study with 20 healthy male subjects demonstrated that oxytocin treatment results in considerable individual variability. There was no adverse event with this treatment. (3) In Japan, we followed up some patients whose family voluntary started to treat them with oxytocin nasal spray. Some patients who have some specific clinical feature showed the apparent improvement.
