本研究は、育児中の母親を支援するためのプログラムとして、乳児の泣きへの見極めを促すガイドラインの開発を目的とした研究である。泣きの見極め過程を提示したガイドラインを作成するにあたり、これまでに母親がいつ頃どのように乳児の泣きのみきわめができていくのか、文献およびこれまでの調査データの分析結果より明らかにした。
The aim of this study was to develop a guideline for mothers to enable them to distinguish the meaning of the various cries of infants.In order to determine when and how a mother could understand the meaning of an infant's cries, data was analyzed over a year, and a guideline was developed a view to ultimately developing a support program for mothers.
