虚血性心疾患患者の病態を体の負担が少ない方法で診断することは大変重要です。心臓に血液が足りない状態を診断する心臓核医学検査と冠動脈の狭窄や石灰化といった形態的な診断ができる心臓CTを融合させて新たな画像診断を開発しました。最新のSPECT/CTでは両方の情報から診断できます。このようなハイブリット画像診断は、リスク層別化に有用であるため治療方針の決定に使用できます。
Non-invasive imaging showed the relationship between calcification present in the coronary artery and myocardial ischemia in patients with ischemic heart disease. SPECT/CT gives us information on coronary calcification which is combined with myocardial perfusion imaging. The diagnostic fusion imaging between morphological and physiological image is proved to be useful for risk stratification in coronary artery disease. The hybrid imaging gives us important information for the therapeutic decision-making.
