ナノミセル凝集体はナノDDSとして腫瘍に対する効率的な薬剤導入方法であるとされている。このようなナノ粒子は一般的には一辺が100nm未満の物質と定義されており、多くの薬剤が効率よく腫瘍に集積し副作用を減ずることができるという劇的な効果をもたらしている状況である。一方で多血性腫瘍の分野においては現在マイクロスフィアが臨床使用されており、抗癌剤を含浸させた粒子を経動脈性に投与し、抗癌剤が徐放されることにより抗腫瘍効果が得られている。今回我々はラット、家兎の正常肝・腫瘍肝におけるナノ粒子と薬剤溶出性のマイクロスフィアでの組織の薬剤分布計測を行い、ナノ粒子がより効率的である可能性を示唆する知見を得た。
Nano micellar aggregation as a nano-DDS (drug driver system) have provided many improvements of effective target treatment of solid tumors. Nanomaterials are defind as substances smaller than 100nm. They have unique properties and function compared with conventional materials such as microsphere (microbead). We perfomed thrraputic experiment using rabits and rats intra-arterially. The results shows higher potential of drug distribution in the tumor compared to microsphere.
