Note (General): 糖尿病患者に携帯機器を用いた在宅健康サービス(携帯機器上で、毎日の体重、運動量(歩数)、血圧等のデータを送信してもらい逆に生活指導をした。)を行い前向きオープン無作為比較試験にて評価した。その結果、有意な体重減少(-0.8 kg)、収縮期血圧低下(-9mmHg)空腹時血糖値低下(-8mg/dl)、HbA1c低下(-0.4%)を認めた。8症例において薬剤の減量が可能であった。携帯機器を用いた在宅健康サービスの介入の医学的及び医療経済的の有用性が示された。
We performed a randomized controlled study to evaluate the usefulness of telemonitoring system for diabetic patients using a mobile phone. The patients sent data of their body weight, amount of exercise, and blood pressure etc and received the guidance of nutrition and exercise. Body weight, systolic pressure, fasting plasma glucose level, and HbA1c were decreased significantly. In 8 cases, the amount of drugs could be reduced. The present study demonstrated the usefulness of telemonitoring system for diabetic patients.
