本研究では、最新型小動物用単光子放出断層撮像法における定量測定法を確立した。2種類の装置の性能評価を行った結果、ピンホールコリメータは、パラレルとスリッドと比較して感度が低下したが、高い空間分解能をもたらした。特に、eXplore speCZT CT120では半導体検出器を搭載しているためエネルギー分解能も優れていた。更に減弱と空間分解能補正法を組み合わせることで定量性もある程度確保できたが、マウス撮像では高分解能なコリメータ、ラット撮像では高感度用コリメータを新たに開発する必要性が生じた。その結果、マウス用では1.7倍の分解能となり、ラット用では2-3倍感度が向上し,定量性も確保されていた。
In this study, we developed a quantitative measurement on a new small animal SPECT/CT scanners with a semiconductor detecotor.After assessment of performance on the scanners,seinsitivity of pinhole collimators was lower than that of parallel and slit collimators, while resolution was higher. Especially, eXplore speCZT CT120 was superior to another scanner on energy resolution. In addition, attenuation and resolution correction have kept quaitification of radioactive counts.However, we needed to develop new pinhole collimators for mice to yield higher resolution and for rats to yield higher sensitivity. The collimators provided 1.7 times resoulution for mice imaging and 2-3 times sensitivity for rats imaging.
