重力方向に上昇・下降運動する位置決め機構において，駆動側のアクチュエータでるサーボモータの回生電流を取り出し，その電流により微動機構を駆動させる機構を検討した．上昇・下降機構の特性実験を通して，下降運動時に回生が発生していることを確認し，速度の大きさや負荷の大きさによって回生の頻度等が変化することがわかった．残念ながら微動機構を駆動するに十分な電流がまだ取り出せていないため，引き続き回生電流を効率よく取り出す方法を検討していきたい．
In the positioning system that a rise and a descent move in the gravity direction, I take out a recovery current from a servo-motor ,and considered the micro moving mechanism which drives using a recovery current. Through experimenting I confirmed that a energy recovery occurs at the time of descent movement. the velocity and the load showed that the frequencies of the energy recovery.An enough the current can't be taken out yet unfortunately to drive the micro moving mechanism. I'd like to consider the way to take the recovery current out efficiently continuously.
