Note (General): 流動抵抗低減効果を示すような円柱状微細突起を有するはっ水性表面の,気体保持能力と濡れ領域の拡大に伴う気液界面の移動速度との関連付けを目的として,5種類の突起パターンを有する試験面上の濡れ現象を観察・評価した.基板に水平および垂直な方向の気液界面移動を想定した実験を実施した結果,各パターン間の濡れにくさの序列が明らかになった.それらの結果は,Washburnの式による濡れ進行速度の解析や,表面エネルギーの変化量と内圧による仕事とを関連付けた解析によっても裏付けられた.
