Note (General): 事故やOD交通量変動等による所要時間の変動に対する時間信頼性や災害時等の備えとしての連結信頼性を考慮することは,レベルや形態は異なるものの,交通ネットワークの総合的なリスク問題と捉えることができる.これらのリスク・信頼性の問題を均衡理論の枠組みの中でモデルの確率化として統一的に扱った理論的に精緻な交通ネットワークデザイン体系を確立した.
Travel time reliability associated with traffic accidents and OD demand variation and connectivity reliability for disasters can be interpreted as a general risk problem although their levels and forms are different. A transportation network design system with their risk and reliability problems was developed in a unified network equilibrium.
