Note (General): 温度スイング吸着TSAプロセスに蒸気脱着工程を導入し,CO2脱着挙動を調べた。回収ガスCO2濃度は約80%となり,従来のTSAプロセスでは得られない高濃度CO2回収を達成した。圧力スイング吸着PSAプロセスによる模擬バイオガスの分離を試みた.二酸化炭素吸着剤として,SAPO-34ゼオライトを用いた場合には相対湿度20%程度を上限として水蒸気が共存しても二酸化炭素に対する分離能が維持できることがわかった.
Separation performance of thermal swing adsorption TSA process equipped with steam regeneration step was investigated for removal of CO2 exhaustedfrom thermal power plants and so on. It was found that the steam regeneration could produce relatively high CO2 concentration in enriched gas. Also separation of a simulated biogas consisting of CO2, CH4 and water vapor by pressure swing adsorption PSA process was experimentally tested for the enrichment of CH4. PSA process employed SAPO-34, which was originally developed as an adsorbent for water vapor, kept its separation performance for the feed gas containing a small amount of water vapor.
