Note (General): 金沢大学新学術創成研究機構ナノ生命科学研究所
パラ位連結環状ホスト分子であるPillar[5]areneと、Pillar[5]areneの空孔内部に取り込まれるビオロゲンを連結したビオロゲンポリマーを混合したところ、ビオロゲンポリマーを軸、Pillar[5]areneを輪成分としたポリ擬ロタキサンを得ることができた。末端を嵩高いアダマンチル基で封鎖することにより、ポリロタキサンを得ることにも成功した。さらに、Pillar[5]areneの分子間水素結合を利用することで、自己組織的にチューブ構造を形成することを見出した。
New polyrotaxane composed of pillar[5]arene and viologen polymer was successfully prepared with extremely high yield by capping the chain ends with adamantyl moieties. We also prepared organo-nanotubes from pillar[5]arene molecules via inter-molecular hydrogen bonding between the molecule
