Note (General): 金沢大学人間社会研究域学校教育系
2歳から10歳の乳幼児から学齢児の健常発達児及び自閉症スペクトラム障害児を対象に、人の声や音によって引き起こされる大脳皮質の反応を小児用MEGにより捉え、月齢や認知機能、社会性の発達との関連について調査を行った。調査の結果、健常発達児と自閉症スペクトラム障害児では、人の声に対する脳反応の左半球の成長パターンが異なることが明らかとなった。さらに健常発達児では、左半球のP1mの成長の逆U字方の成長パターンが言語能力と関連することがわかった。
We investigated the auditory evoked field in 2-to-10 years old typical developing children and children with autism spectrum disorder using child custmized MEG. We showed atypical developmental pattern in auditory evoked field in children with Autism spectrum disorder.
