Note (General): 本研究は,ワーキングメモリ過程の起源について明らかにするため,爬虫類(リクガメ),両生類(アカハライモリ),硬骨魚類(キンギョ)に放射状迷路課題を共通して実施すること,および比較基準としてのラットにおける検討を進めることを目的とした。その結果,リクガメにおける放射状迷路の自由課題,および強制-自由選択法の学習,キンギョにおける放射状迷路遂行を確認した。アカハライモリについては,安定した報酬訓練を実現した。ラットでは,放射状迷路を用いた指示忘却現象を確認することに成功した。これらの知見は,爬虫類,両生類,硬骨魚類におけるワーキングメモリ研究を可能にするものである。
Present study examined several learning tasks in tortoises, newts, goldfish, and rats to reveal phylogenetical origin of working memory processes. Successful acquisition of radial maze task was shown in tortoise (Agrionemys horsfieldii) and goldfish (Carassius auratus). Newts (Cynops pyrrhogaster) acquired running response in a straight allay with food rewards. Directed forgetting in rats was demonstrated using radial maze task. These findings enable comparative study on working memory processes.
