Note (General): 経験を通じて性的な嗜好性が変容する仕組みの一つとして, オスラットを用いた性条件づけの学習メカニズムについて検討した。第1に, 特定の場所を条件刺激として提示した後にメスとの交尾機会を与えられると, ラットが場所刺激に対して社会性と見られる60kHz帯域の超音波発声を行うようになることを見いだした。第2に, 物体刺激を条件刺激としてメスとの交尾機会と対提示すると, 物体刺激に対する接近行動が増加すること, この接近行動はテストステロンの投与水準の影響を受けることから性的動機によって維持されることを見いだした。
