• Note (General): 本研究ではCu-0.5mass%Cr合金を基本として,0.1mass%Ag,0.03mass%,0.15mass%Zrをそれぞれ添加した合金及びAgと0・15mass%Zrを複合添加した合金の強度,導電率,曲げ加工性,耐応力緩和特性に対する添加元素の効果を組織学的に検討した.また,本合金系の強度の向上を目的として,試料にECAP(Equal-Channel Angular Pressing)を施した後,熱処理を施した試料を用いて,機械的特性を調査した.一般に結晶粒の微細化により強度は向上するため,ECAPと析出硬化を重畳させ,よりいっそうの強度向上が期待できる.得られた結果は以下のようにまとめることができる.(1)Cu-0.5mass%Cr合金への0.15mass%Zr添加は強度の増加だけでなく,耐応力緩和特性の向上ももたらす.Zr添加によりCr析出物が微細化し,析出物の間隔が狭くなることに加え,円盤状析出物Cu_5Zrが析出するため強度は増加する.また,耐応力緩和特性の向上はCr析出物だけでなく,Cu_5Zr析出物が転位上に優先析出し,転位をピニングするためと理解される.(2)0.1mass%Agの添加により強度,曲げ加工性,耐応力緩和特性が向上する.Ag添加によりCr析出物の微細化のみならず,時効中の回復の抑制により強度が増加すると考えることができる.曲げ加工性の向上は不均一伸びの増加から,また耐応力緩和特性の向上は可動転位の引きずり抵抗の増加から説明できる.(3)ECAPにより結晶粒径約0.4μmのCu-0.5%Cr-0.1%Ag-0.15%Zr合金が得られた.ECAP法と熱処理を併用して作製した試料は圧延材と比較して強度,伸びは向上するが,耐応力緩和特性,曲げ加工性は低下する.耐応力緩和特性の低下はECAPによる転位密度の増加,曲げ加工性の低下は強度の向上に帰着できる.; The microstructure and mechanical properties of thermo-mechanically treated Cu-0.5mass%Cr alloys with and without Zr and Ag have been investigated. The addition of 0.15%Zr causes an increase in the strength and the resistance to stress relaxation of the alloy. The increase of strength or stress relaxation resistance is caused by the decrease in inter-precipitate spacing of Cr precipitates and the precipitation of Cu_5Zr phase or by the preferential formation of Cu_5Zr precipitates on dislocations in addition to Cr precipitates on dislocations. The addition of 0.1%Ag improves the strength, the bend formability and the resistance to stress relaxation. The increase in strength or stress relaxation resistance is attributable to the decrease in inter-precipitate, spacing of Cr precipitates and the suppression of recovery during aging or to the Ag-atom-drag effect on dislocation motion. The improvement of bend formability can be explained in terms of the increase in post-uniform elongation. The effect of equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) and subsequent heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the Cu-Cr-Zr-Ag alloy has also been studied.
