アンチモンのIII価とV価のように,微量金属元素は酸化状態や化学形態によって毒性が異なっており,それぞれの化学種を定量する必要がある。本研究では,目的化学種の定量的な回収も検量線も不要な化学種選択的同位体希釈質量分析法および安定同位体を用いる不足当量分析法を研究した。アンチモン(III, V),銅(If, II)のほかホウ素(III)化学種について検討し,提案した分析法を標準物質に適用し,その精確さを評価した。
Species-selective isotope dilution mass spectrometry and substoichiometric isotope dilution mass spectrometry were studied to develop the determination methods of different chemical species such as antimony(III, V) and copper(I, II) as well as boron(III) as boric acid. The proposed methods were applied to the analysis of several certified reference materials and the reliability, accuracy, and applicability were evaluated.
