• Note (General): 本研究の研究概要は以下のとおりである.1.橋梁点検台帳および橋梁台帳をデータベース化し,さらにインターネット上での閲覧も可能な様に拡張した.さらに,橋梁データの管理支援能力を向上させるために,GIS(地理情報システム)ソフトウェアを導入し,管理データの視覚的な確認を容易にすると共に,管理作業の能率向上を計った.2.上記データベースと,最適補修代替案作成システムとの連携を図るためのインターフェース環境を構築した.これにより,開発済みのデータベースと遺伝的アルゴリズムを援用した補修代替案作成システムとの直接的連携が可能となった(Windows95上).従来は出力済みファイルを利用していた.3.遺伝的アルゴリズムを援用した補修代替案作成システムでは,補修対象橋梁を路線ごとに管理して,道路網の信頼性を指標とした目的関数を導入した.従来の,補修部位間の関連(従属関係)の考慮とあわせてより実用的なシステムに近づいたものとなった.4.意思決定の基礎となる,点検データの総合判断は専門家の行ったものではあるが,矛盾が混入している可能性を否定できない.そこで,SQM/LVQ(競合学習を用いるニューラルネットワーク)を用いて橋梁点検台帳の洗練化を計った.; This study deals with the optimum repair planning of existing bridges based on the results of their visual inspection.The results of project work are summarized as the followings.・The results of visual inspection of existing bridges and the bridge's fundamental data are transported from printed objects into the digital data, and DBMS has been built.・The DBMS has extended to the network accessibility, and GIS system has been introduced to the system in order to make visual investigation and presentation of the data.・Based on the data base of existing bridges, repair planning is formulated as a knapsack problem (combinations of bridges and their parts to be repaired ). Because of huge number of the combinations, GA(Genetic Algorithm) was adopted to solve the knapsack problem.・On the windows 95/98/NT system, an linkage (integrated) GUI program has been made, that links the DBMS and the GA system.・The reliability of the data included in the DBMS depends on the expert engineers who execute visual inspection, and there may be some data with contradiction.
