Note (General): 本研究では, 骨粗鬆症の患者ごとの全骨格に対する力学解析モデルを医療画像から作成して骨強度解析を行い骨粗鬆症の診断と治療に有効活用できる方法の開発を行った. 患者の姿勢を反映した筋骨格モデルを作成して関節に作用する負荷条件を求め, その条件下で対応する骨格の有限要素解析を行い, 骨に発生する応力を求める方法を確立した. 骨粗鬆症性の脊椎圧迫骨折により脊柱が後弯した患者の力学解析に開発した解析手法を適用し, その有効性を確認した.
