食物アレルギーにおける新しいバイオマーカーの案出を目的に、食物アレルギーなどのアレルギーを有する児とその対照のT細胞のトランスクリプトーム解析、エピゲノム解析と、糞便の腸内細菌叢の菌種解析などを行った。その結果、食物アレルギー発症者のT細胞のDNAメチル化の頻度は有意に高く、菌種のrichnessとdiversityの有意な減少が認められた。この結果、菌種のrichnessとdiversityの減少がT細胞のDNAメチル化をもたらし、食物アレルギー発症となるという病態が示唆され、菌種のrichnessとdiversityが食物アレルギーにおける有用なマーカーであることが窺い知れた。
To develop new biomarker for food allergy, we have performed analysis of trascriptome and epigenome of T cell and the strain of intestinal flora and metagenome in infants aged1-3 with fool allergy and its control. In results, more significantly frequent methylation of T cell and less richness and diversity of the strain were seen in the food allergic infants. These results suggest that less richness and diversity of the strain produce the methylation of T cell, subsequently leading to the development of food allergy. The richness and diversity of the strain may be efficient biomarkers for food allergy.
