自然再生は包括的な取り組みであるため、関係者は拡大し異質な価値が併存する状況が生じる。そのため多様な関係者が協働を合意形成を進めながら、複数の価値の実現を図る順応的ガバナンスの実現が課題となる。各地の事例で共通する課題は、包括的地域再生という理念は共有されていても、協働と合意形成が困難であることである。本研究では異分野と異業種の関係者による参加型ワークショップを実施することにより、活動の可視化を図る「自然再生の活動プロセスの社会的評価ツール」と関係者の対話と協働を促す「環境活動の見える化ツール」を開発することで、包括的地域再生に向けた順応的的ガバナンスの実現に資する社会的評価モデルを提示した。
Natural regeneration is a comprehensive effort, stakeholders are expanding and there is a situation where heterogeneous values coexist. Therefore, various stakeholdersIt is a task to realize "adaptive governance" to realize multiple values while promoting consensus building of collaboration. The common problem in each case is that it is difficult to collaborate and form consensus even though the philosophy of comprehensive regional revitalization is shared.In this research, we conduct detailed case studies and participatory workshops to promote dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders with "social evaluation tools of active process of nature revitalization" to visualize activities, Visualization tool "to develop a social evaluation model of net european governance toward comprehensive regional revitalization.
