肺区域切除において光線力学診断(photodynamic diagnosis; PDD)用内視鏡システムとビタミンB2を利用した蛍光法により切除対象区域の肺動脈血流を利用した肺区域間同定法を確立しブタ生体において有用性を評価した。また、同様にブラックライトでも肺区域間の同定が可能かどうかを検討した。切除対象区域の肺動脈を結紮、耳静脈からビタミンB2を全身投与しPDD用内視鏡システムおよびブラックライトにより観察した。いずれにおいてもブタ生体における動物実験で本法の有用性を証明した。
In this study we attempted to identify the intersegmental planes after ligation of the dominant pulmonary artery using a photodynamic diagnosis endoscope system and a black-light after intravenous injection of vitamin B2. We established this method and proved its feasibility in vivo porcine lung.
