本研究は転倒予測アセスメントツールの得点内容と転倒後の根本原因分析(RCA)を行い,それらを統合して,病院における転倒予防システムを構築することを目的にした。一急性期病院で発生した転倒について,転倒場面を再構成しRCAの手法を用いてその要因を解明した。その結果, 44の根本原因が分析され, 15のサブカテゴリーと6つのカテゴリーが転倒要因として抽出できた。アセスメントツールとの関連では危険度はIIとIIIであった。抽出したカテゴリーを基盤にしたシステム構築が立案できると示唆された。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the score of fall risk assessment tool and RCA(Root Cause Analysis), and finally construct the fall term prevention system in the hospitals. Actual scene of fall caused in 1 hospital for acute patients were analyzed by RCA methods to identify the factors to fall. As a result, 44 root causes, 15 categories and 6 subcategories were identified. Those fall risk predictors were II and III related to the fall risk assessment tool. Constructions of the fall prevention system by using categories identified in this study were suggested to be realizable.
