Note (General): 地域高齢者の転倒予防に関するセルフケア能力向上を目指して、フットケアプログラムを作成した。内容は、足部機能強化を目的とした安全な足指運動であり、運動の実演と同時に、足部に関する情報提供を行った。介入時をベースラインとして、９か月後まで3か月毎に足部筋力とバランスを測定した結果、ケアを継続できた群ではいずれも向上していた。また、足部への関心の高まりがケアの継続に影響した可能性があり、足部への関心を高める個別性のある介入の必要性が示唆された。さらに、足部機能指標として足指圧が重要であり、今後より簡便でエビデンスレベルを上げるための検討が必要である。
We created a foot care program to improve self-care skills for the purpose of preventing falls in regional elderly people. The program consists of the implementation of safe toe exercise that strengthens the foot and the provision of information on the feet. Setting the start of intervention as the baseline, we measured the foot-related muscle strength and balance every three months until nine months. As a result, the group in which care could be continued showed improvement in both the muscle strength and balance. In addition, increased attention to the feet may have had an impact on continuous care, suggesting the necessity of tailored intervention to increase such attention. Additionally, the toe strength is important as an indicator of the foot function, and simpler investigations will be necessary to increase the evidence level.
