本研究の目的は，我々の開発した測定システムで，母指と手指の最大筋力と運動調節能の評価を検証し，本法が手のリハビリテーション領域における新しい手の機能評価法として確立することである．今回は，本測定システムを用いて，運動調節能の再現性と，最大筋力25，50，75％の3通りの運動調節能を検証した．再現性においては，母指の各運動調節能の相関係数は0.71～0.90で高い相関を示した．最大筋力25，50，75％の運動調節能は，屈曲が伸展と外転より有意に小さかった（P<0.05）．本法は，新しい手の機能評価法として期待できることが示唆された．
The purpose of this study was to investigate the maximum muscular strength and coordination ability in thumb and finger using our system. And it is that this method is established as a new function evaluation in the rehabilitation field of the hand. We tested the reproducibility of the evaluation of the coordination ability in this system. And we investigated coordination ability with three ways of maximum muscular strength 25% and 50% and 75%. In the reproducibility, the coefficient of correlation of each coordination ability showed a high reproducibility with 0.71-0.90. In maximum muscular strength 25% and 50% and 75%, flexion of coordination ability was significantly smaller than extension and abduction (P<0.05). It was suggested that we could expect this study as a new function evaluation of the hand.
