Note (General): 大腸癌細胞株を移植したマウスに分子標的治療を行った。血清蛋白質を用いてマススペクトラムおよび2次元電気泳動により蛋白発現解析を行った。治療開始後早期、中期、後期においてマススペクトラムおよび淡白発現レベルに変化がみられた。腫瘍の大きさは、開始早期には減少、中期には不変、後期には増大がみられ、血清蛋白の変化と治療効果は密接に関連していると思われた。現在、これら蛋白質の同定を試みている。
