Note (General): 抗癌剤の担体であるドラッグデリバリーシステム(DDS)としてナノ粒子が使用されている。磁性を持つナノ粒子を磁力を用いて誘導することにより、効率的に腫瘍への抗癌剤の集積を高めることで治療成績を向上させる実験を行い検証した。インビトロ実験ではチューブに磁石を近接させて行った場合，セミウェッジ状態で注入することが有効であると示された。インビボ実験ではウサギ腫瘍モデルにおいて組織学的な鉄の沈着に差異を生じさせることが可能であった。磁場を用いたDDS注入においては薬剤集積のコントロールにカテーテルを用いた選択的血管造影を組み合わせることでより効率的に薬剤を分布させることが可能となると示唆された。
Nano-particles are used as a drug delivery system (DDS) which is a carrier of an anticancer agent. This experiments were conducted to improve treatment results with enhancement of the accumulation of an effective anticancer agent in a tumor by inducing magnetized nanoparticles with magnetic force. In in-vitro experiments, it was found that injection in a semi-wedge state was effective when the magnet was placed close to the tube. The in-vivo experiments used a rabbit tumor model, and differences in iron deposition histologically occurred. Control of drug accumulation combined with selective angiography using a catheter for DDS injection using a magnetic field enables efficient drug distribution.
