Note (General): 本研究は、小児の心筋炎の発生機序と、近年注目を浴びているリン酸ジエステル加水分解酵素（PDE）阻害剤の可能性を探る基礎研究である。抗がん剤として使用されるドキソルビシンはしばしば小児心筋炎を起こすが、このドキソルビシンによる影響は感染などで増悪する可能性が本研究でも確認された。一方、リン酸ジエステル加水分解酵素（PDE）を阻害すると、様々な疾患の原因や増悪因子と考えられているmTORシグナルを阻害することが明らかになった。
This study is a basic study to investigate the pathogenesis of myocarditis in children and the possibility of phosphodiester hydrolase (PDE) inhibitors. Doxorubicin, which is used as an anticancer agent, often causes childhood myocarditis, but infection may exacerbate the effects of this doxorubicin in this study. On the other hand, inhibition of phosphodiester hydrolase (PDE) has been shown to inhibit mTOR signal, which is considered to be the cause of various diseases and exacerbation factor.
