Note (General): 磁気共鳴イメージングを使用して心周期に依存した脳の水分子拡散の変化（水分子揺動）に内在する灌流，水分子の制限拡散および揺動情報を一度に取得し，各情報を統合的に評価するために新たな解析手法を開発した．独自に作製した人体の頭蓋内模擬環境（頭部動態ファントム）および健常ボランティアにおける検討によって本手法で取得した各機能情報の正当性を検証した．今後は臨床データを蓄積して本手法の臨床有用性を確立するつもりである．
We developed a novel fluctuation magnetic resonance imaging which provides functional information on brain perfusion, restricted diffusion of water molecules, and water fluctuation. Our results verified the validity of these parameters in a brain phantom and healthy volunteers. We are working on clinical trials in brain tumor.
