Note (General): 本研究において、DSAEK/DMEKにおける新しい挿入器具の開発に成功し、アシコ社から販売を開始した。本器具を使用することにより、DMEK手術時間が有意に短縮し、更に角膜内皮細胞に対する障害性が従来法よりも少なく、内皮細胞温存率が高いことが判明した。また、DMEKにおける上皮を温存する有用性について、OCTと共焦点顕微鏡を用いた新たな研究を開始した。具体的には、術中に角膜上皮を温存したほうが、術後の角膜厚が正常に近く、更に角膜神経が温存されるデータが蓄積されつつある。更に、confocal microscopyを用いた角膜内皮移植後のデータは順調にそろいつつあり解析中である。
We established novel surgical device and technqiues concerning DSAEK and DMEK. The device has become avilable from ASICO company. By using this device, the surgical time shortened with less endothelial cell damages. We further study the importance of corneal epithelial cells during DMEK surgery using OCT and confocal microscopy.
