Note (General): モンゴル南部に位置する，オルゴイ湖，ブーンツァガン湖，オログ湖を対象に研究を進め，50cm以下の短いコアの分析結果と地域の気象データとの比較を行った。その結果，気温や風の強さ，降水量と粒径，炭酸塩含有量，有機物含有量との相関が見られたが，地域によってそれぞれ特徴を持っていた。ドローンによる地形調査を行い，古汀線の確認や流入河川の形状調査を行った。古湖沼汀線の調査および採集した試料の年代測定を実施して水位が高い時代がいつであったかを調べた。オルゴイ湖およびオログ湖では長尺コアの取得を行なった。ブーンツァガン湖は湖沼の面積および深度が大きいため，結氷時といえども長尺コアの採集は困難であった。
Sediment cores about 30 cm long from Boontsagaan, Orog, and Olgoy lakes, were analyzed, and results were compared to meteorological data (air temperature, precipitation, and wind strength). Grain size, organic matter content, and carbonate content are correlated to metrological data, but their correlation characteristics are area dependent. Geographical survey was carried out with drone and paleoshoreline and channel morphology was investigated. Samples collected from the outcrops at paleoshorelines were dated to know the time when lake level was high. Long cores more than 10 m were successfully obtained from Ology and Orog lakes, but Boon Tsagaan lake is too large to achieve intact ice thickness for drilling even in high winter.
