Note (General): 無治療広義原発開放隅角緑内障 83例83眼に対してコンタクトレズセンサー（CLS）による眼圧変動測定を施行した。コサイン近似したCLS変動パターンの頂点相が視野感度と負の相関があり、CLSパラメータと前日の眼圧値を組み合わせることが眼圧日内変動予測に有用であった。CLSと24時間血圧計の同時測定を行った症例では、平均血圧がCLS測定値に有意な正の関連を示した。時計遺伝子群7遺伝子（BMAL1, CLOCK, PER1, PER2, PER3, CRY1, CRY2）の17遺伝子多型について遺伝子型をタイピングし、PER2遺伝子のrs2304672とCLS頂点相が関係することを明らかにした。
Diurnal variation of intraocular pressure (IOP) was evaluated with a contact lens sensor (CLS) in untreated patients with primary open angle glaucoma. The acrophase of cosine-fitted CLS curve was negatively associated with visual field sensitivity. The CLS parameters combined with an IOP value measured the day before CLS measurements were useful for predicting the diurnal IOP variation. The mean arterial pressure was positively correlated with CLS value. Among 17 single nucleotide polymorphisms in 7 clock genes, rs 2304672 in PER2 gene was associated with the acrophase of the cosine-fitted CLS curve.
