古代日本と中国唐代における交通検察体制の検討を行い、ヒト・モノ・情報の移動の様相と、これが社会に与えていた影響の一端を解明した。北宋天聖令の発見・出版をうけ、現在は散逸している唐の関市令を復原し、日本令・唐令・北宋令の比較検討を行った。さらに日唐における通行証の具体像を検討した。また、情報の伝播という観点から、漢籍の受容についても考察した。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。
I have researched the traffic inspection system in ancient Japan and Chinese Tang, and made clear the aspect of the movement of human,thing and information. Since the publication of Tian Sheng Statues, I restored the Tang “Statutes on Barriers and Markets” and made advance in comparative study of the Japanese and the Tang and the Song legal codes. In addition, I researched the passports in ancient Japan and Tang, and considered the reception of Chinese authors from the viewpoint of the spread of information. I presented these results at a conference, and made public a book about this topic.
