Note (General): 金沢大学新学術創成研究機構 / 京都大学
本研究では、学術的空白となっていた朝鮮民主主義人民共和国（以下、北朝鮮）の建築・都市史に対して、そのアウトラインを解明・構築することができた。特に、建築・都市・土木の包括的観点からアプローチできた上、国際的かつ学際融合的観点から独創的な研究を進めることができた。その結果、建築や都市のみならず北朝鮮社会の多角的理解に向けた学術的基盤を作ることができた。4年間で30件以上の学術論文、研究発表を日本語・英語・コリア語で行ったことが具体的な成果である。
In this research project, we tried to clarify and illustrate the outline of the architectural and urban history of North Korea. The comprehensive, international, interdisciplinary and very original approach from the various view points including architecture, city and infrastructure made it possible to further the diverse understanding on the North Korean society as a whole.The main achievements of this project are over 30 research papers and academic presentations in Japanese, English and Korean languages.
