これまでに交流磁場を用いることでシスプラチン殺細胞効果を増強させることを、ヒト肺がん由来培養細胞を用いて確認している。本申請期間においては呼吸器系正常細胞を用いて同様の検討を行い、がん細胞を用いた検討と比較して殺細胞効果に有意な違いを認めない結果を得た。次に両細胞用いて交流磁場併用にてシスプラチンによるDNA損傷の程度を測定して細胞障害効果の推定を行った。さらに交流磁場印加が抗がん剤の細胞内流入量に変化を与えている可能性を考え、細胞内シスプラチン量を誘導結合プラズマ質量分析（ICP-MS）にて測定した。今回得られた結果は、本技術の低侵襲性とメカニズムを説明する手がかりとして有用なものであった。
We confirm that alternating magnetic field increase cisplatin cytotoxicity using a cultured cell derived from human lung cancer.We tested similar examinations using respiratory normal cells. And we obtained non-significant results for cytotoxicity as compared with examinations using a cancer cell.And next, we measured degree of DNA damage using cisplatin and alternating magnetic field combination using both cells and estimated the cytotoxic effect.Furthermore, we conducted about the possibility that alternating magnetic field applying gave a change to the intracellular inflow of the anticancer drug and measured intracellular cisplatin quantity by inductive coupling plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).These results show a clue to explain of mechanism.
