皮膚虚血再潅流傷害の軽減には、炎症細胞浸潤に重要な接着分子の抑制より、抗TNF-α抗体によってマクロファージのiNOS発現を抑制し、且つTNF-α自体による細胞傷害を抑制する方が効果的であった。そしてその投与方法は局所投与が効率的であり、またiNOSを阻害する1400Wと組み合わせることで傷害軽減効果を増強させることができた。従って、抗TNF-α抗体および1400Wによって褥瘡が予防できる可能性が示唆された。
In a mouse model of cutaneous ischemia-reperfusion injury, local administration of anti-TNF-α antibody and 1400W inhibited expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cytotoxicity of TNF-α From that reason, I suggest that anti-TNF-α antibody treatment might prevent the pressure ulcers.
