Note (General): 金沢大学先端科学・社会共創推進機構 / 名古屋大学
古代人の食生活を復元するために,飛行時間型二次イオン質量分析法(Time of Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry : TOF-SIMS)を用いて,土器に残存する有機物分子を分子レベルで直接分析を試みた(非破壊分析) 。標準物質でさえ,想定されるものよりも複雑なスペクトルが検出されたり、また検出できない場合もあった。今後、凹凸のある土・器試料から、未知の分子イオンを検出し、起源物質を推定するには、実際にGC-MSによって検出された脂質も標準物質に加えて、イオン化条件と生成する分子イオンの関係を検討していく必要があることがわかった。
