糖尿病に関する生活改善のために必要となる自己管理能力の測定用具として、糖尿病自己管理エンパワーメント尺度の開発を目的に本研究を行った。その結果、尺度項目として3因子39項目が選定された。この尺度における3因子の累積寄与率は、63.6%であった。また、下位尺度間相関では3つの下位尺度は互いに有意な正の相関を示した。各下位尺度のα係数は、いずれも0.9以上の高い信頼性を示した。
The main aim of this research project was the development of a diabetes self-management empowerment scale as a necessary measurement tool for self-management skills to improve the lifestyle of diabetics. As a result, three factors from 36 items were selected as scale items. The cumulative contribution ratio of the three factors in the scale was 63.6%. In addition, the correlation between the three subscales showed a coefficient for each subscale showed a high reliability of 0.9 or more.
