本研究は、今後我が国の医学教育で主流となる、参加型臨床実習を念頭に、多忙な臨床現場で教育効果を高めつつ、指導教員の時間的・空間的負担軽減を図るという相反する目的を達成するために、ICTデバイスを活用するとのコンセプトの下で計画を進めてきた。まず我々は授業の一環として実際の外来診察を想定した医療面接実習を行い、その中に我々の作成したArduinoを基盤にしたセンシングシステムとスマートグラスを含むICTデバイスシステムを導入し、主観的および客観的評価を中心にデータ収集を行いその解析を進め、その有効性を評価した。
Outward education for medical interview with simulated patients has become popular in medical schools. To improve the quality and efficacy of the education, we herein propose to introduce next generation IoT devices including smart glasses. We implemented a prototype system with Arduino, and verified effectiveness of our scheme by trialing it in actual classes.
