現在の救急業務の実態は救急車が現場に到着してから、傷病者を救急病院へ搬送するまでに、約２８分間を要している。その搬送時間の中で行われるプレホスピタルケアは、非常に重要な役割を持っており、重篤な傷病者の救命率向上に、極めて大きな影響を持つ。一方、都市部と地方部では救急医療サービスのレベルが異なり、３次救急医療施設は都市部に偏在している。そのような場合、高速道路がうまく活用できれば、またドクターカーやドクターヘリが導入されれば、非常に有効となる。そこで、本研究ではドクターカーとドクターヘリの導入効果をGISシミュレーションで検討し、平常時と地震発生時で比較した。
The current state of emergency work takes about 28 minutes from the arrival of the ambulance to the site to the delivery of the victim to the emergency hospital. Pre-hospital care performed during the transportation time has a very important role and has a very significant effect on improving the life-saving rate of serious injured people. Meanwhile, the level of emergency medical service differs between urban and rural areas, and tertiary emergency medical facilities are ubiquitous in urban areas. In such a case, if the highway can be used well, if doctor cars and doctor helicopters are introduced, it will be very effective.Therefore, in this study, the introduction effect of doctor car and doctor helicopter was examined by GIS simulation and compared at normal time and at the occurrence of earthquake.
