東日本大震災は、その被災に関する膨大な記録が残されている。しかし被災という直接の経験に起因する直観的・暗黙的な意味性の継承は難しく、今後の災害対策に役立てるには、記録による理解と実体験との間にあるギャップをいかに克服するかという点が大きな課題である。このような視点からナレッジマネジメントの枠組みを用いて事例研究を実施し、災害に関する経験知の組織的継承に関する考察を行った。その結果、個人の暗黙知レベルまでの知識浸透のためには、形式知に加えて理解のための共通基盤形成と身体的体験との組み合わせが重要であることの知見が得られた。
It is important for us to recognize risks and damage of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to consider on succession of empirical knowledge and information in the Great East Japan Earthquakedisaster. Now, we have enormous record about the earthquakedisaster, we can utilize the property for disaster countermeasures in the future.This study　shows importance of tacit knowledge for effective transfer of individual experience by knowledge management framework. Considering an effective transfer program, it is necessary to combine explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge using a behavior training program.
