Note (General): 15～29歳の自閉症スペクトラム障害39名、双極性障害41名、健常対照52名を対象としてRorschach ink blot反応を検討した結果、前2者ともに健常対照と有意差を認めた項目は、純粋形態反応(pure F%)と動物運動反応(FM)であった、この両者の反応はAutism-spectrum Quotientと有意な相関を示した。また予備的に行ったdiffusion tensorimagingにて脳梁膨大部のfractional anisotropy値が双極性障害において他の2群よりも有意に低く、双極性障害と自閉症スペクトラム障害とが併存していると、さらに有意に低値となった。
Rorschach ink blot reactions were examined among 39 subjects with autism spectrum disorder(ASD), 41 subjects with bipolar disorder(BD) and 52 healthy individuals, aged 15 to 29 year, respectively. The score of the valuables designated as' pure F%' and' FM' was significantly different in both the subjects with ASD and the subjects with BD compared to healthy individuals. The score of both valuables significantly correlated with the Autism-spectrum Quotient. Also, fractional anisotropy(FA) values were investigated preliminarily among these three groups using diffusion tensor imaging method. While FA value in the splenium of corpus callosum was significantly lower in subjects with BD than in subjects with ASD and healthy subjects, FA value was the lowest in subjects with ASD and comorbid BD.
