Note (General): 金沢大学医薬保健研究域薬学系
アレンの高い反応性を活用して、分子内に二つのアレン部位を有する鎖状化合物の環化反応やアレニルシクロプロパンとアルキンの分子内環化異性化反応等、ロジウム(I)触媒を用いる各種環化反応を開発した。また、2-アレニルアニリンのSN2'型閉環反応と続く[ 4+2]環化付加反応によるカルバゾール誘導体の簡便合成法を開発した。さらに、アレンを用いる環化反応を利用して3種の天然物の全合成を達成した。
The following new reactions have been developed based on the allene functionality : i) Rh(I)-catalyzed cycloisomerization of bisallenes, ii) Rh(I)-catalyzed intramolecular[ 5+2] cycloaddition reaction of alkyne-allenylcyclopropanes, iii) intramolecular SN2'-type ring-closing reaction of 2-allenylaniline derivatives. In addition, several natural product syntheses have been accomplished using allene-based cyclization.
