本研究は、日本とオーストラリアで実施している在宅うつ病者のナラティブアプローチの治療的効果を検証し、自殺予防に繋げる有効で実践的なアプローチの開発を目指す。ナラティブアプローチによる数回のセッションを受け、うつ病者は危機状況のセルフケアができ固執していた自殺念慮が消失した。しかし8名は未だ自殺念慮の不安があった。そこでオーストラリアで実践している感情調整療法(EMT)がうつ病による自殺念慮に効果的であることがわかり、今後EMTとナラティブアプローチを融合した技法を試みる必要性があると示唆された。この研究経過及び成果を国内外の学会で発表した。
The purpose of this study is to clarify the suicide prevention effect for the depression people by narrative approach.This study was analyzed by qualitative method and improved to get the power of life skills and coping strategies self-care at crisis of the subject. And they became free from self-reproach and persecution complex and suicidal thought after the sessions. But 8 were keep confliction, anxiety and repeated suicidal thought still now. It means the necessity to continue the psychiatric treatment, both medications and try to consultations. We will try to use narrative approach with Emotion Modulation Therapy (EMT) from next study.
