抗がん剤を用いたがん化学療法における副作用や薬剤耐性化細胞出現の低減を目指し、抗がん剤と交流磁場曝露の併用による殺細胞効果増強の可能性をヒト肺がん由来培養細胞を用いて検討した。肺がん化学療法で使用される抗がん剤シスプラチンと極低周波交流磁場曝露の併用により、化学療法で投与されるシスプラチン血中濃度範囲において殺細胞効果の増強が観察された。この結果より、交流磁場曝露の併用による抗がん剤殺細胞効果の調節を用いた低侵襲を目的とした新規医療技術開発の可能性が示された。
Our research aim is to reduce of side effects and drug resistance cells onset using anticancer drugs in cancer chemotherapy. We examined ability of the cytotoxicity reaction augmentation by an anticancer drug and extremely low frequency - electric magnetic field (ELF-EMF) exposure combination using human lung cancer cell line. Cisplatin is an anticancer drug used in lung cancer chemotherapy. Augmentation of cisplatin cytotoxicity reaction using ELF-EMF exposure combination was observed in a blood cisplatin levels range to be given by ordinary chemotherapy.Our results indicates that likelihood of development of the minimally invasive new medical technology.
